Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which program is best for me?
Upon signing up, we will set up a consultation so that we can become familiar with your site and spa. Based on a few key indicators such as frequency of usage, duration of usage and your preference for the level of care, we will recommend a suitable program.
What if my spa is enclosed or inside?
Our team would simply need access to the space during your appointment time and we will be able to perform our services.
What happens if my spa is not working?
Our services require your spa to be operational, meaning your jets are operating and your spa is heating. If you own a Master Spas brand spa, we are a certified repair center and we will be able set up a service call. If you own another brand spa, you will have to contact your local service provider to get the spa operational before continuing the service.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. All Spa Valet accounts are billed at the start of a month or year. Should you decide to cancel or freeze your membership, you will not be billed at the next billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds are not given for cancellation midway through a billing cycle.
What happens if I have questions about the service being performed?
